I agree with Troz. A FHA insured boligl? N going? v’re the best option. FHA or Federal Housing Authority, is here? ensure a “h? higher risk l ‘n’ as the credit you talked about. Requires most l? Ngivere a 620 credit score or h? Higher, but there are some out there who want to g? lower than 580 S? Whether your time line g ’s, the FHA l’ n take a little time with lower FICO scores. One of the things they want to pay attention to is what for? Cause lower scores. If you have any past derogatory items, the v’re harder? f?. If the last 2? Clean you’ve had quite a few missed payments you need to “extenuating circumstances” that really means something happened on? hat time that could not be helped, such as hospitalization, ect.
